K&A Notes is provided as a productivity tool for managing notes, events, and reminders. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account used for login.
3. Data Ownership
All content you create remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
4. Service Availability
This application is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
5. Limitation of Liability
K&A Notes is a portfolio/educational project and is not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from use of the service.
6. Google API Usage limits
Our application connects to your Google Calendar via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We use this exclusively to manage your scheduled Google Meets within K&A Notes. We do not transfer this data to third parties, nor do we use your Google data to serve advertisements or train generalized AI models. Your use of this application constitutes agreement to let us view and manage the specific events you create using our tool.
